Q. I am pouring a concrete slab 8 x 10 foundation for a shed. i live in Ottawa Canada and am wondering if I have to put wire mesh in the concrete or can it just be poured concrete?

A. Wire mesh would help hold the concrete together if it cracks. I would use it, it's not that expensive. I pay six dollars for a 5' x 10' sheet in Maine.
