Our downtown loft has great exposed concrete

Q. Our downtown loft has great exposed concrete, the sad thing is someone painted over part of it. How can I get them back to a great looking concrete. I have thought about faux painting them any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
A. You didn't say if the painted concrete was on the floor or on the walls. Either way, you could have them ground and polished.
This would remove the paint and give you a great looking finish. Polishing the concrete would expose some of the fine sands and aggregates in the concrete as well as give you a very smooth finish for the surface.
