Hi everyone,

This is a 2 - Part Series of videos. In Part 1 I'm showing you how we form a set of concrete steps and a concrete patio that are attached to each other.

They both have a concrete frost wall, so we are attaching our forms to the concrete walls.

I have a special technique we use to attach our wood forms to the concrete so be sure to check that out.

I also give you some tips as to how to form a set of concrete steps, the one we are doing in the video is 6 feet wide and has 4 risers.

The second part (coming out Friday) I'm showing you how we pour the concrete steps and patio, then how we finish the concrete for each one.

I also have a certain vibrating tool we use to vibrate the concrete around the forms so there's no bug holes or air pockets when we strip the forms.

This one tool saves us a ton of patching on the sides of the slab and stairs. It's well worth the money if you don't have one already.
