SCREEDING CONCRETE | KICK SCREEDING VS VIBRA-SCREEDING
#screedingconcrete #screedconcrete #everythingaboutconcrete In this video I'm going to show you how to kick screed concrete with two people using a 14 foot straight edge then I'm going to show you how easy it is to use a vibra screed to do the same thing. Kick screeding concrete is a one way to level a concrete floor by screeding the concrete and walking backwards while kicking your feet to fill in your boot tracks. This method of screeding concrete allows you to continually move backwards, leveling the concrete, and not have to stop until you finish the section your screeding. I'll tell you some tips we use to make kick screeding concrete easier and show you just how we screed a concrete floor using these methods. At the end of the video, I'm going to show you how easy it is to use a vibra screed to level a concrete floor so you can decide which method you want to use. I highly recommend learning how to kick screed concrete because there is always going to be situations when using a vibra screed isn't possible or applicable. We always kick screed the concrete floor when there's a lot of plumbing in an area, around floor drains, and when a floor has a slope to it to ensure the concrete doesn't sag in those areas. If you're new to screeding concrete, learning both methods, kick screeding VS vibra screeding will make you a better concrete finisher. MY CONCRETE SLAB COURSE: https://mike-day.mykajabi.com/pl/79570
