I have the concrete ready mix company add a special chemical into the mix so we can pour a looser mix when we pour all our concrete floors. This chemical additive allows you to pour a very workable mix and still have a very low water/cement ratio. That means you still have very strong concrete that is less likely to have shrinkage cracking. The video shows us pouring a basement floor using this special mix design and shows how easy it is to pull around and screed this mix.
