STAMPED CONCRETE POOL DECK : PART 1 OF FOUR

#stampedconcrete #pooldeck #mikedayconcrete In this video we're installing a stamped concrete pool deck for a customer in Freeport, Maine, home of L.L. Bean Co. This is a 4 part series with this video showing you the prep work we had to do to get the pool deck ready for the pour. We're also pouring a concrete coping along with the pool deck, all in the same pour. We're using the Z-Poolforms for the concrete coping, so you'll get to see how they're installed around a vinyl pool. The entire pool deck and walkway is a total of 1480 square feet. We're going to pour the entire concrete deck at one time and we'll be stamping it with a stone texture stamp from Marshalltown Co. When we form a pool deck like this one, we always slope the concrete slightly away from the pool. This pool deck will be 4 inches thick and have wire mesh & fibermesh reinforcement.
