Insulated Concrete Slab for a House 60' X 32' (What's it Cost?)
#EverythingAboutConcrete #MikeDayConcrete What's it cost to install an insulated concrete slab for a house that's 60' x 32'. How to pour an insulated concrete slab. In this video I was hired to pour and finish this large house slab. The concrete was 5.5" thick with the edges 12" thick. The cost for just the slab: forming, styrofoam, wire mesh, pouring, finishing is between 9 & 10 dollars per square foot. That doesn't include the pex tubing and installation of it. That doesn't include any sub-base gravel work. That doesn't include any plumbing. Those things are all usually done by other subs and priced separately.
