How To Broom Finish A Concrete Patio Slab (50' x 10')

#EverythingAboutConcrete #TheConcreteUnderground In this video I'm showing you how we broom finish a concrete patio slab that's 50' x 10'. When I broom finish concrete the first thing I do is mag float the surface to smooth the surface and bring up some cement paste to the surface for brooming. Sometimes I'll mag float it twice if I feel it's a little early to broom after the first time. Finishing concrete is always about timing how the concrete is setting up. It's different every day. It really depends a lot on the weather, temperature, sun exposure and shade exposure.
