#EverythingAboutConcrete #BreweryFloor #MikeDayConcrete In this video I'm pouring a concrete floor for a big brewery. The floor didn't have any area that was flat. It all sloped to either one of three trench drains or a regular floor drain. The slope to the trench drains was 1/2" per foot in a lot of the areas and 1/4" per foot in the others. We poured 40 yards of 4000 psi concrete with no air entrainment. The finish on the concrete was a smooth trowel finish for this one. Eventually the floor will get a urethane cement coating over the entire floor to protect it and make it easier to clean & maintain. Pouring and finishing concrete floors is one part of many types of concrete finishes we do.
