We usually always pour something in the morning, a floor, a slab, a patio, some stamped concrete, something. Then I usually go get some other jobs ready for the next day, or the next week. We usually have between 30 and 50 jobs going on the list. Some are ready to pour, some need some prep like forming, some aren't quite ready but will be in a week or so.
