Drilled through foundation and vapor barrier into dirt

hello, we were having a humidity test done and the large drill went through our foundation and through the vapor barrier into the dirt below. how is this to be repaired?

Answer: You can use hydralic cement to patch the hole left behind by the drill. It's easy to mix, sets up quite fast, and easy to install.

Just mix the repair material to a peanut butter like texture and push the cement into the hole. Completely fill the hole and smooth the top using a margin trowel and you're done.
