Q. Hello, We're considering pouring a concrete basement floor and we heard about a type of concrete mix that contains a sealant. What is this? Do you recommend it? Does it replace the top-coat sealant?
A. There is no concrete with a sealant already in it that I know of. I would apply the concrete sealer to the surface. It's really quite easy to apply.
